Dr. Luis Salazar received his medical degree from the University of Illinois
and completed his residency in Family Practice at St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago,
where he obtained additional training in the fields of internal medicine, psychiatry
& psychology, obstetrics, gynecology, pediatrics, community and adolescent medicine.
He has practiced immediate care medicine and has been on staff at the Lake County Health
Department. Dr. Salazar is a diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice, he has
been elected into the American Academy of Family Physicians, has been an active member
of the American Medical Association, a delegate to the Illinois State medical Society
and the Lake County Medical Society.
Dr. Salazar is an assistant clinical professor at Chicago medical School and is on staff at Condell Medical Center.
